Ang Lokal Brown ay isang Pilipinong bandang pangkat na nabuo noong 1988. Binuo ito ng Pilipinong musikerong si Ed Formoso. Naging kasapi ng bandang ito sina Pendong Aban, Lolita Carbon, Cesar "Saro" Bañares ng bandang Asin, Chicoy Pura, Binky Lampano, at iba pa. Naglabas sila ng isang album noong 1989, at kabilang sa kanilang awitin ang kantang pinamagatang This is Not Amerika ("Hindi ito ang Amerika", tumutukoy sa Estados Unidos)
