Ambivalent Crowd is a defunct Pinoy band that gained popularity during the 1970s. The members of the group were Pol Enriquez, Celeste Legaspi, Cynthia Patag, Gigi Escalante, Mae Cendana, Pinky Marquez, Lory Paredes Tito Saludo, Yoyong Magdaraog and Berg Villapando (lead guitar). The first musical director of the Ambivalent Crowd was noted composer Willy B. Cruz; in the mid '70s, he was succeeded by Ryan Cayabyab, then an up and coming musician. The Ambivalent Crowd was under contract from Vicor Records, the band was hugely successful for their beautiful renditions of classic and original songs in Tagalog and English.
